Preschool Ballet-This class is designed to give the young dancer an opportunity to discover and explore dance through basic ballet movement.
It incorporates creative movement, ballet, a sampling of jazz moves and a lot of fun!
Jazz is a fun high energetic dance class focusing on flexibility, turns, jumps and kicks. This upbeat class is offered for all ages and abililties. Ballet is also recommended with this class to excel in grace and balance to improve technique.
Lyrical combines ballet technique with the soul of contemporary jazz. Combinations are choreographed as an interpretation of the music's lyrics. Ballet technique is recommended along with this class to excel.
Contemporary dance, this style become increasingly popular over the last few years. This class combines various styles from jazz, modern and ballet to combine into a unique styled routine.
Ballet is the fundamental base for growth in all other dance styles. The technique will teach and strengthen in areas of stretch, strength, balance and expression through graceful precise movements. This class is offered for all ages and abililities
Hip Hop is a street style dance with locking and popping.
Acro is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Acro technique includes balancing, limbering, tumbling and partnering, based in flexibility, contortion and strength.
Tap is a form of dance characterized by using sounds.

About us​
Pacificaires is a non-profit youth organization that has been in existence in Surrey since 1978 and promotes and encourages the development of pageantry, dance and drama as a means towards the building of character as well as personal enjoyment and appreciation, as a mode to competitiveness, enjoyment and self expression.

Our group is open to all youth ages 4 - 18 years of age who would like to learn dance and pageantry. Pacificaires Performing Arts Society links people to their passions by providing high quality, accessible arts training opportunities to learners of all ages and abilities.
The Pacificaires fosters a supportive and respectful environment that promotes creativity, enjoyment, exchange, excellence, enrichment and service to society.
Dance programs
Pacificaires offers both non-competitive and competitive dance classes. Non-competitive classes only perform in our year-end recital and community performances.
Competition classes perform in local dance competitions/festivals, community performances and year-end recital.
To be eligible for the competitive classes, students must take a technique dance class.
Color Guard programs
Color Guard is a mixture of visual performing arts, consisting of dance, drama, role playing, gymnastics and equipment work (flags and props) choreographed to musical selections and performed on a 50’x 70’ foot area.
This is a competitive program and the performers compete during the months of February to April.
